因酒駕肇事致人於死的重大案件，不僅震驚社會，更造成無數家庭破碎。政府為持續降低酒駕違規及肇事案件，已完成降低酒駕標準及加重罰則修法。為能預防民眾酒駕，臺北市立聯合醫院松德院區組成跨專業飲酒問題介入團隊，參與酒駕防制實施計畫跨局處協調會議，並聯繫協調與臺灣臺北地方檢察署、臺灣士林地方檢察署、財團法人臺灣更生保護會臺北分會合作，依據不同飲酒問題嚴重程度之對象，規劃醫療介入，實施至今，已使酒駕再犯率大幅下降。

酒駕者轉介醫療 身心評估追蹤

臺北市立聯合醫院松德院區成癮防治科醫師林群指出，本方案共分為四層執行面向包括：1.針對臺灣臺北地方檢察署所有酒駕初犯個案進行酒害團體衛教。2.將WHO建議指南－危險性飲酒個案臨床工作指引，翻譯出版後應用於臨床，根據每位個案飲酒嚴重度調整設計簡短介入之方式，並於個案每次返診時皆進行簡短介入諮商，每次進行10-15分鐘。3.成立個管中心協助個案於松德院區就診之追蹤，並於治療期滿後電話追蹤1年。4.個案就診時接受身體疾病、精神科共病、飲酒相關問題（酒癮或問題性飲酒）、家庭與心理狀況之評估。

酒駕再犯率下降率逾五成 醫療介入成效佳

laennec根據統計，臺北市立聯合醫院松德院區共服務259名酒駕初犯個案，實際再犯率為13.5%，相較於警政署及相關文獻約為30%之酒駕再犯率下降許多。顯見，酒駕個案之醫療介入應有其實際的效益，臺北市立聯合醫院松德院區將持續和地檢署及各局處合作，以醫療模式介入處理重覆酒駕之問題並服務更多酒駕個案。
